"Knock knock" "who is it" "week 6" Already!! Lol I'm updating from work do forgive me for it being a little late. First off let me say congrats you have mde it to week 6 hooray!! Now let me say I am so sorry for my lack of commenting and support ugh I've been so busy bit no excuse I will def be there this week. Sorry sorry sorry ladies :( I hope every ones week has been great and I can not wait to hear about them. This challenge is going by so fast it's scary. Let's give ourselves a big pat on the back for sticking it out and let's make this week coming count. I hope everyone has a great week and an awesome day. Take care!

Triple "S" Challenge Link Up Week 5

CONGRATS YOU MADE IT TO WEEK 5 lol I have beeeeeen ooooooooberly busy I am so so so sorry this is such a late link up so I will keep it open until monday 11:59 pm eastern time. I hope everyone had a great week Or atleast had fun :) We have about 1 1/2 months left can you believe how fast time has been going by? Crazy Crazy I guess time goes by fast when your dropping and trying to drop lbs. So heres the thing I have A CRAP LOAD on my plate(you will read about it once I update) and it makes it extremely hard to type a nice not or say hi on here and then post the link up before thursday night SOOOOOO if you come on here there may be a link up and nothing said I am going to try my best to still write a little something but like I said its been hard so I am no guaranteeing it. sorry sorry I know I have become a crappy challenge leader :*( thats why next one if I have one there will be an assistant so HA!!! Busy wont stop me. lol So with out further adieu.....

Triples "S" Challenge Link Up Week 3

WEEK THREE ALREADY?? Wow we are on a roll ladies. I hope everyones week has been going great and everyone has done some workouts and stayed on track. Those bathing suits hanging there staring us down everyday think they can beat us but no no no we will prove them wrong wont we? We will step on them scales with our heads held high and see them numbers drop away and no we wont stop for one sec or doubt ourselves if we see the number go up. Please that is not enough to stop us. WE ARE STRONG WOMEN!!! WE ARE THE BIGGEST LOSERS ANYONE HAS MET!!! AND WE ARE PROUD TO BE CALLED A BUNCH OF LOSERS FOR ONCE IN OUR LIVES!!! You all are my favorite losers!!! haha!! Well I hope week four goes great. Lets get them ap's in and stay hydrated. Good luck ladies!!!

Triple "S" Challenge Link Up Week 2

It been two weeks now and we have seen a lot of losses. You girlies are rocking them scales and showing them who is boss... We all know thats not the only losses, as we have lost participants :( I know we will continue this challenge stronger than ever and now with only 3 ppl this is going to be easy to be the best support system ever for each other.

Moving on though with two weeks down this give us a little less than 11 weeks left.  at 2 lbs a week this could still give us a 20 lb loss before the first day of spring. WOOOT WOOOT.

Well have a great week 3 and keep them lbs dropping. Good luck all!!

oh link up will only be open midnight tonight- midnight sunday I kept it open an extra day last week because I missed a day.

So we lost a participant and now are down to just three of us :( I know it started out we were supposed to have 5 ppl one never showed up and one has things going on (I wish you luck shannon!!! and I cant wait to see the bathing suit pic) If you have anyone looking to be in a challenge I guess let them know about this one as now I have 2 openings for sure but willing to take a couple more. Im going to ask you all if I should make a challenge after this one since the participant number isnt successful.... well at least we all are right? :) Well just wanted to give you the heads up hopefully we will get a few late participants if not o well We are still here We are still strong and WE CAN DO THIS!!! good luck this week ROBIN AND TAY TAY!!!!

Triple "S" Challenge Update Week 1

So how did everyone do this week? I hope great!! I'm sorry for the late link up but I was at a funeral yesterday and then had to help clear a house out. I got my aps in and my tears out :( again very very sorry about the late link up. Did you get your exercise in and stay OP or with in calories? I know you girlies rock these diets so I know I'm bound to read a great loss :) I don't know about you guys but this week flew by so fast. I can only imagine how fast the challenge is going to go. I hope everyone has another great week and get those aps in!! Ttyl!

TRIPLE "S" Challenge First Official Link Up

WE'RE HERE WE'RE HERE!!!!!! Can you believe it? One challenge down and on to the next one!! We have one more participant this challenge... exciting :) so heres the run down ladies. I would like everyone to have an official post up and running everyone seemed to weigh in on the weekend last challenge so Im hoping the newbie does too lol that link up will be due by sunday 11:59 pm eastern time.Let me know if you have any questions.

Heres what is needed in each post ( There is one optional and one thats needed only a couple times they are listed please read and pay attention and please follow my challenge rules. thanks!)

1. A picture of bathing suit how you want to do this is up to you but please let us know your current size and the size of the bathing suit (must be at least one size smaller) This is only needed for first and last post unless you want to show progress

2. Official starting weight

3. You weight loss goal for this challenge (please be 20 lbs or more we have 92 days)

4. How you plan on achieving your weigh loss goal

5. Exercise and water intake if wanted (OPTIONAL EVERYTHING ELSE IS MANDATORY IN EVERY POST!!!)

Thats all I ask for in the posts/updates add anything else you may want to add. The other rule I have is it is mandatory to SUPPORT eachother. A few ppl fell off of this last challenge please please please get around to everyone they need your support and want it thats why they are here. We all have a week to get to everyone I think thats enough time (you could comment a person a day and have two days off lol)

My other rule and the most important of them all DO NOT GIVE UP!!!!!!! AND HAVE FUN!!!!!
I dont want to see anyone give up if you feel discouraged or are having problems reach out to us if its personal email me. I am here to help ANYONE!!! Also if you have a personal reason you can make a link up on a certain date you can email me any other reasons please comment and let me know whats going on but please try to be on time link up closes every sunday at 11:59 pm.

Challenge Start Date And Details

The sexy swimsuit summer challenge will officially start March 22 2012 And will end June 20 2012. To join the challenge you must be accepted. To be considered please do the following... ~follow the blog and comment to me telling me why you would like to join this challenge and how you would help/support the others~. I will only be accepting a few challengers to keep a great support system and not overwhelming. So whats the challenge exactly you may ask? well....

To be in this challenge you must do the following

1. Choose a bathing suit that is your goal size this means you can not fit in it now (well properly at least)
2. Take a picture of it (we would love to see)
3. Take progress pictures (this is not a must but helps a lot)
5. Include weight in each post (you can also include measurements if you would like)
6. Let us know what you are doing to lose weight (weight watchers, calorie count, jenny craig, well you get it) and exercise you are doing. Also people like to add water intake i think this is a nice addition too but not mandatory
7. Try your hardest
9. At the end of the challenge post a pic of you with the bathing suit on
10. SUPPORT EACH OTHER!!!!! I can not stress this enough but this is pretty much the most important besides updating. We all need support that why we joined the challenge.

I hope to hear from you all. Theres four weeks before the challenge starts but challenge spots submissions close once spots are filled up.
